A flexible one-piece intumescent strip designed to fit around a new or existing thru-penetration conduit for fire-rated floor or wall assemblies.

  • Tested in accordance with ASTM-E814, UL-1479, CAN 4/ULC-S115-95 standards including Canadian 50 Pa pressure differential requirement.
  • Eastern Quickroll is a pre-measured amount of cured intumescent compound. Simply cut lengths required from the 50' roll for each pipe diameter as referenced in our estimating chart provided on each Quickroll box and website www.easternwire.com.
  • Can be easily installed from the top of the slab or floor assembly by simply wrapping around the penetrant and tucking it into the opening.
  • Quickroll is easily measured to length. Measurements available on side of Quickroll box.
  • Readily installed in seconds by tradesperson.
  • Can be installed, select length, cut, wrap, and tuck. Material waste associated with time consuming methods of installing alternative solutions are not necessary when using Quickroll.
  • Easily conforms to different types of electrical or data installations. Allows conduit to have couplings or hub-fittings close to openings. Also easily accommodates conduits installed at various angles to the wall or floor.
  • Inspections can be accomplished without destructive sampling, saving both time and money.
